Terms of Service

Using CVNepal

CVNepal helps you build and export a résumé/CV. You may use it to create documents for your own job applications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

AI tools

The AI writing tools are optional and require you to sign in and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. When you use them, the resume text you choose is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate suggestions — see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled. AI output is a suggestion only; you should review and edit it. We don’t guarantee any hiring or interview outcome.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and is used to save your résumé to your account. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.

Email updates

You can subscribe to updates about new CV guides, skills pages and job notices, and having an account puts you on that list. Subscribing from the website is confirmed by a link we email you. You can unsubscribe from the link in any of those emails at any time, without signing in, and it takes effect immediately. Sign-in links are not part of that list — they are how the service works, and we send one only when someone asks to sign in with your address. See our Privacy Policy for what we send and who delivers it.

Payments and exports

Some exports may require payment. Fees are shown before you pay. Because a digital document is delivered immediately, paid exports are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — for example by attempting to break it, overload it, or use it for unlawful content.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
